These terms apply to the notchu app for iPhone, made by Igor Štumberger.
notchu is a shared log for looking after a pet. It records what you and the people you invite enter. It is not veterinary advice and it does not replace a vet. Reminders and notifications depend on your phone, your iCloud account and Apple's services being available, and can be delayed or missed; do not rely on them for a dose that must not be missed.
Your entries live in your own iCloud account and on your devices, and are shared with the people you invite. See the privacy policy. You are responsible for who you invite and for what you and they enter.
Plus is an optional purchase that unlocks medication with reminders, custom photos, custom care kinds, vet notes, export and a third caregiver. It is offered as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription with a free trial for new subscribers, and a one-time lifetime purchase.
Use the app for its purpose. Do not attempt to access other people's data, interfere with the service, or use the app in a way that breaks the law.
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about availability or fitness for a purpose and are not liable for losses arising from its use, including a missed dose or reminder.
We may change these terms; the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
